  They are useless, ignorant, unhelpful, and acted like we were bothering them. I was in there prior to buy a laptop and was completely ignored. You need to hire people who actually are not all students, and want to do their job. I will be emailing head office.

  I went there just out of curiosity, and the guy named Naimul (forgot his last name) served with professionalism and genuine service at the same time. I was with lucky paying who have the worst possible service and Naimul hooked me up with Virgin plus with 5g service and cheaper price. Also I got 50 dollar gift card. Kudos!
