  I visited Geek Squad yesterday on Stavanger Drive, St. John's and received outstanding service from Furgan.   I went in to buy a new phone. During this i was trading in 2 phones. After the first phone was traded in I noticed a mistake on the phone details. The employee (Malik) then walked away without saying anything to me I didn't know what was going on and came back after a few mins and handed me off to another employee and told him to complete the transaction. This employee (Cameron) was great. Unfortunately it was Cameron's last day as he resigned. Cameron let me know he had to go out the phone away some where and while he was gone a team lead (Matti) asked me "are you done yet?" In a tone that made it sound like he was annoyed with me. This shocked me as I used to be a manager and i KNOW that is not how you talk to customers. Talking like that to customers makes them feel unwanted and like they are a burden to the staff. A customer should never be made to feel that way in your store. If one of my staff members talked to a customer like that we would be having a very serious talk about there conduct and I would be asking if they want to keep their jobs. I shop at this store a lot and they used to have great customer service and didn't make you feel rushed or that you were a burden.

  Had an issue with my RS50 and the replaced without issue. Update as of Aug 2026: interior completely remodelled including new Apple and PC section, test PCs and more!
