  April was a great server! Very personable and helpful. Italian atmosphere was good! Dining room was empty. Now let’s talk about the food… The menu looked great. Food looked appetizing. Even upon arrival, food looked good. The salad was actually very tasty. Soup tasted like it came from a can. I got a calzone that was huge! However, after the steam settled out of it, it actually had very little inside and flat. Also tasted very processed. My wife had a pizza and thought it was ok. Boys meals were also fairly mediocre. Not a lot of flavor. Pizza/calzone crusts tasted premade and tough. Later in the night we all regretted the decision to eat there! We should have known that a chain wasn’t going to have fresh Italian like the restaurant want the looks to convey. If April were to go somewhere else, we’d gladly have her as a server. Will not eat there again.

  April's service was excellent!!! She was attentive, no need to wait on refills, friendly and smiling. My family has been going there for many years and I've seen the staff turn over but she is one of the originals still there doing a great job.

  What a bless’d day to be jolly and gay for I have found me a new “Girl dinner”. Shoutout my server David for recommending me the chicken parm. Who knew you could put a bird on some sketty (spaghetti). Anywho, my big round belly is about to burst so my review needs to end. I have two wolves inside of me and I should have listened to the alpha pack leader when he told me to order the Italian wedding soup. But instead I listened to the beta wolf and got the tomato. You live you learn I guess. I rate it 6 stars. PS I know you can only rate 5, but my meal was wayyy yummers so lock me up.

  We were privileged to be served by April. She has been our server on multiple occasions. Thank you, April. We find the atmosphere too noisy, but we've come to expect that. It might be difficult to propose here. Likely another place would be chosen for that. But you never know!!

  Food was so so... It all tasted the same. Shrinkflation is obviously at work here, portions seem to be getting smaller each visit. Waitress was horrible. The first thing she asked us after we were seated is if we were paying for table 37. Uhh, whut? After that, she really only cared about us when it came time to pay and she was clearly gunning for a big tip. After paying, she came back and said she "didn't think the payment went through" and wanted us to pay again "just in case". Uh, no... The machine said approved, receipt said approved, credit card app showed the transaction. What apparently didn't go through was the Scene+ points because we never got them.
