  Unbelievably bad serve. After walking around the store for 10 minutes, I finally asked where an item was specifically if they had a blue yeti. Two women stood there, staring at me, and then finally one of them pointed to an aisle, clearly that neither of them had a clue what I was talking about when I asked which aisle she angrily walks over and says there and points to a recording device for taking notes. It was an awful experience all around, and I will make a point of not coming back anytime soon.

  Waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at check out. Wouldn't usually leave a review if this wasn't the 4th time this has happened to me out of my last 4 visits. Always seems there is plenty of time for big spenders but god forbid they check out a small purchase. Guy standing at geek squad kiosk who didn't acknowledge us and 2 at the mobile counter serving one customer. Really disappointing service, but what I've come to expect.

  Duncan was a fantastic associate. Answered all the questions about our laptop purchase. Went the extra mile and printed out some options for us to research and let us know about the vip day coming up. Excellent work

  The store is stocked well, staff is friendly. Low rating based on the checkout being at the back of the store... extremely poor design and hard to get in and out. Would avoid this location based on convenience.

  I had a really great experience at Best Buy today. The Sales Advisor, Jaasmeen was honestly one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. A big thank you to her for being incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and taking the time to help me through everything. She answered all my questions, made the whole process easy, and provided outstanding customer service.
