  We had a great experience dining at Saint-Hubert in Moncton with our kids. The service was excellent, Tracy was our server was efficient and patient with our kids.

  The check in was horrible if I’m being honest. There was a line but no one was communicating that the tables were all full and giving an estimate of time. Then an older couple walked in and straight to the front of the line and were immediately seated just as the hostess was going to lead a family to their seat. That couple ended up waiting another five minutes or more so it was clearly their table that was “given away “ at the last minute. When asked if they had a reservation I was told they had been on a wait list for awhile but none of us in line were offered a wait list. Oh well. I’m glad we persevered though because once seated Sonia was an absolute treat! Her friendly disposition and attention was fantastic. She is a true gem for your restaurant and I certainly hope you know that! She completely turned around our experience!!! The food was great as always but Sonia was incredible!!!

  St Hubert’s is one of our favorite places to eat. We have always had great service but Tracy always goes that extra mile when she serves us. Whether it’s been a week or a month since we’ve been there, she always remembers what we order including what we drink and which coleslaw we prefer. Good food and great service.

  I am inundated with St Hubert Facebook ads bragging about supplying Quebec lobster. Support local NB, or at least be quiet about it. I object every time I see the ad. No reply, and nothing changes. Perhaps this will get the attention of someone local who cares, and who understands this ad hurts the Moncton franchise. Just like Quebecers, I buy my lobster at places that support the local fishers. It's as tone deaf as someone trying to sell goods today, bragging about it being a product of USA. We have no animosity to Quebecers, but we are fiercely loyal to our local fishers and farmers. And, I'm not sure how any franchise has a long term viable business if they don't get that very basic concept. I would fire the high paid pr person who authorized this.

  We stopped in to eat today and it exceeded our expectations. The food was good however our server Tracy made the experience even better. We eat out often However it’s rare nowadays to get a server like Tracy. We appreciated her service and attention to detail. Next time we are in the moncton area we will go back to this restaurant
