  I have been shopping at golf town for the last 10 years. It’s a box store in a small town that gives you an independent store feel. The tech guys and very supportive and the staff are friendly and helpful. This all stems from the manager who when she left was noticeable. She is always helping her staff provide an excellent service. Kudos. Leadership like that makes normal box stores stand out.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Golf Town in Moncton thanks to Dale, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I spoke with him, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He took the time to listen, understand the situation, and provide information that exceeded my expectations. His communication was clear, respectful, and focused on making sure I left completely satisfied. It's rare to find customer service at this level these days. Dale's dedication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to go above and beyond are a credit to both himself and Golf Town. Because of his outstanding service, I will continue to shop at this location and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Dale!

  Had a great experience at Golf Town Moncton. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer questions and made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. There are also some excellent promotions on at the moment, making it a great time to visit. Between the outstanding customer service and the great deals available, Golf Town Moncton is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

  I live out of town and I have tried to book 2 fitting to spend money on a new driver, a hybrid, and set of iron and they have canceled the first one and changed the second one. I showed up early to check out some other stuff and found out they had changed my appointment again. The assistant manager was rude as he'll and now could help me. This store is a joke and they are lucky they are the only one in the maritimes. They just lost 3000 dollars of business today....😒
