  It was my first time there and we had the ease of having tristyn as a server , what a delight. I haven't experienced customer service like that in years, the younger generation have lost people skills and she knew how to speak to a table, she is friendly, helpful, smiling, food was fast, and Hot and the chicken Parm was good. It was a great first experience, our server made it that much better !

  We always come to Trinity Drive's East Side Mario's when we decide to see a movie and the service is of course great. This time was no different, but our server Emili was one of the most prepared servers I've ever seen! She was ready with suggestions, always got us refilled drinks and bread when we were low and had straws at the ready when my husband needed one. Great food and good times as always!

  My wife and I have not been to an east side Mario's in years and we both loved it then and now. We had a great meal and it was so much food. We forgot about the unlimited bread and soup/salad. Once out main course arrived we both could not finish as we has indulged in the bread and soup/salad. The service was awesome and the food was amazing. It was a little loud due to being super busy. Overall a great experience.

  Honestly it’s was a great visit because our server but the food was terrible! No flavour, no seasoning, and the veil cutlets were terrible ! Everything tasted like prepackaged food the was heated and dumped , not actually prepare fresh by a chef and for the prices we paid I expected better quality food. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone unfortunately. Our server was absolutely great though and we thanked her and tipped her kindly and told her it was not her fault for what the kitchen puts out .

  Went there on May 31st, 2026 with my girlfriend, very disspointed with the wedding soup, I've been there many times before especially for the wedding soup, it was always good, this time, it was like a bowl of grease, very oilely and dark green, and not fit to eat, very disappointed, it will be a long time before I go again, the rest was ok, but not wow, the tomato soup was good, just being honest...the waitress was super nice and appolegetic because of the soup...
