  We went out to eat at East Sides with family from out of town, one of whom is a fussy eater but we knew everyone would find something here. We were a group of 7 people at 6pm on a Friday night with a reservation. The restaurant was slammed and the kitchen was backed up but our server Tristyn was excellent. She apologized the delay on the food but checked on us regularly and joked around with our group. She made up for the wait- super pleasant and friendly young lady.

  Went to East Side Mario's to celebrate our daughters birthday 🎂. We went earlier to avoid the typical supper congestion. The service is what you would expect on a Sunday near supper time. After a fairly lengthy wait the server took our orders. After 40 minutes we recieved our orders. 3 out of 4 were correct. Mine was incorrect. I didn't make an issue of it and was willing to give it a try. My wife indicated it was the incorrect order to the server. As I was placing my utensil into the dish, the server removed the plate and walked away while indicating they would correct the order. I said, don't bother, it took 40 minutes for the first one to arrive. No feedback. Just kept walking away. After 25 minutes another incorrect order arrives, again, indicated I didn't want a replacement. She asked if I wanted to have it for takeout. I politely declined, 20 minutes later the same dish arrives with a different server. At this point I remain silent in order not to become upset with the situation. My wife has the server take the plate back. Our family finishes their meals and we are ready to pay the bill. On the bill it still has the order on the bill with a subtraction on the bottom, captioned (It's on us). When brought up to the server, she said (oh! It was free.) Please explain how I can be here for 1 1/2 hours, not eat and somehow be excited that it's free? No apologies, no management intervention, I hope this isn't standard practice at Eastside Mario's?

  I went with a family member and had an amazing dinner last night! Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed for the dinner rush, our server Olivia was phenomenal. She was incredibly attentive and constantly circling back to check in on us. Our food came out hot and fast, and Olivia stayed on top of every refill, making sure we never ran low on soups or salads. She was sweet, warm, and easily one of the best servers we’ve had at East Side. Highly recommend!

  We felt very rushed tonight. I have been in the industry for 50 years. We got our bread and salad then our dinner. We didn’t even have time to finish our drinks. It felt like a fast food restaurant take it and leave. I was very disappointed. Ourserver was very apologetic and didn’t want to take our tip. Your kitchen needs to realize people don’t want to be rushed. It was my husband’s birthday we weren’t even in the place for a hour and we drove a hour to get there. I think our server name was Bella she was awesome.

  We had such a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s in Moncton while celebrating our son’s 11th birthday! 🎂🎉❤️ East Side Mario’s has actually become a special place for our family because we always celebrate our family’s birthdays here. 🥰 It’s become one of our favorite traditions, and once again, they did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service was absolutely amazing. A special shoutout to our wonderful server, Sarah S.! ❤️ She was so kind, attentive, friendly, and made sure our son’s birthday celebration was extra special. Her warm and genuine service truly made our experience even more memorable. Thank you, East Side Mario’s, and especially Sarah, for always being part of our family celebrations and for helping us make another beautiful birthday memory. 🎂❤️ We truly appreciate you and will definitely keep coming back for our family celebrations! 🍝🍕🎉
