  Its extremely stupid that you can't call the local store. Whoever thought if this idea should be fired. When you call the "store" some random agent sitting in a call center pics up. He wasnt able to tell me if they had a phone in stock over the phone. So I asked to talk with the store. He told me they dont transfer to the store. What a terrible business model So I either drive 1.5 hours to find out myself if the phones in-stock or shop else where as apparently calling people in 2026 is done with SCREW BEST BUY

  Fantastic customer service! I came in to do a mobile phone exchange after initially being sold a phone that didn't meet my stated requirements. Ben first assisted me, and because I needed to resolve some security issues on my end, I had to return the next day. Thankfully Ben had given his colleague Nick a heads up on the situation thereby allowing for a seamless resolution. They were absolutely incredible - listened carefully to what I actually needed, resolved the exchange smoothly, and made sure I walked out with the perfect device. Huge shoutout to Ben and Nick for turning a potentially frustrating situation into an excellent experience.

  I've going to best buy for years and I've had no issues whatsoever with customer service and shopping, only a single bad experience with them and it was very minor. The only negative thing I have to say is that they have a semi limited stock.

  It's a great supply store for home and technology, and the staff is very helpful.

  asked employee where a product was and he made me go looking for it on my own. when i finally found it, i went to pay and no one is at the cash. nevermind.
