    It is very inconvenient that a customer can not call our local store directly nor would the customer service representative put me through. This may have been set up during Covid but it hurts your business to not allow that service.

    Went in to sample a pair of headphones they had on sale. The dude was super friendly and led me to the right pair but the demo didnt even work 😭. They were bluetooth headphones so I asked if i could just connect them to my phone but the demos cant do that and only work through the wire. Cmon guys

    Bought a screen protector prepaid for second one they never restocked. Got the come back later. Tell my time ran out. After spending over $2 Grand very disappointed in there service

    EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT WILL MISLEAD OR GASLIGHT YOU REGARDING THEIR RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! I purchased an action camera mount (SKU 19196759) from Best Buy in Fredericton NB on May 9th, 2026. the product was defective and broke in two pieces the very next day on May 10th. I went into the store and requested a return for the item. The manager said they could not accept the return because the item was broken, he referred me to Best Buys return policy. The return policy was written in very small font 5 metres behind a counter. I have 20/20 vision and I could not read the policy that was provided in the store. I decided to go in on another day, May 11th to complete this return because I forgot my Visa that day. On this day another employee said they would not accept the return because the item was damaged. I explained to the employee that the item was damaged because it was defective and I showed them how it was defective as well. This employee said they cannot exchange OR return items that are damaged, and told me to refer to the return policy over the counter, which I could not read where I was standing. The employee said this time they will make an exception and process my return after speaking with a manager. After all this happening, later that evening, I referred to Best Buy's return policy on their OWN WEBSITE, and it does say they have a 30 day return policy regarding defective items. Just to be sure, I contacted Best Buy's online customer service and they did confirm with me they have a 30 day return policy regarding defective items as well. This manager and employee either did not understand their own employer's policy or refused to process a return for a defective item for some other underlying reason. Its not about the money, but more about the principle of how this business fails to properly inform customers regarding their return own policy, potentially misleading them or lying to customers about this. Imagine if this was a purchase costing 1000 dollars or more. I am never stepping foot in there again and neither should you.
