  Placed an online order for pickup by a colleague who was waiting to receive the notification that it was ready. Waited 4 hours and didn't receive anything. Contacted the online chat bot for them to tell me my order was cancelled and they can't provide any further information, they gave me a phone number to call. Called the number and went through the process of talking to their phone chat bot to try to talk to a human. Finally got to a human, confirmed yes the order was cancelled and that no notification of the cancellation was sent to me. They said that the order was cancelled because the payment method was blocked, but their test $0.10 transaction went through on the payment method and the final payment is only supposed to be charged at the actual pickup. Waste of not only my time, but my colleagues time as well. What a joke. Edited to respond to the senseless copy paste reply to my review. I already reached out using https://bestbuy.ca/contact-us to both the internet chat and by phone. The customer support was a joke and not at all helpful for my situation.

  There is usually at least one person near the entrance to ask if there's anything they can help you with but when I went into the store I had to go looking for someone and found all five of the employees at the back just standing around the counter talking. I mean it's fine to take a break and mingle but when a customer is clearly selling or someone, don't force them to search the whole store. I left empty-handed and ordered what I wanted from Amazon.
