  I came into bestbuy express with my brother to buy an phone but we didnt realt know what model to get or the differences btween them. Bliss helped us and was profesh kind and patient through the whole process he took the time to explain everything clear without rushing or trying to just make a sale and it really felt like he cared about helping us choose the right phone for our needs. ended up getting exactly what we wanted which was the blu iphone17 pro and after using it for a few days I can honestly say its been my best purchase so far I really appreciate the great service and will definitely come back for any future tech purchases

  Shout-out to Parneet for her knowledge and expertise. She went above and beyond to help me regarding service provider switch and getting promotional offer. It look over 2 hours to resolve my issue but she had so much patience during that time.
