  Omar was super awesome when i went in to get my new phone and plan, explained everything down to the detail ant issues and concerns i had he had a solution for. He also worked well to make sure that we were within my budget and ended up both happy. Would definitely recommend requesting Omar if possible. Thank you for your help Omar!

  I came to the store to pick up an accessory that I had already pre-ordered. Unfortunately, the employee was rude and had an unfriendly attitude. He also handled my item roughly and threw it onto the counter. The whole pickup experience was disappointing and could have been handled much more professionally.

  Very bad customer service. My husband and I , both seniors, dropped in to this St. Vital location to ask for help or information on how to download Google translate on my android. There were 3 staff members working, standing there chatting. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity. When I asked for help the employees looked confused and annoyed. The young man was disrespectful, unprofessional and was not helpful at all in helping to to understand how to get Google translate. First he said to go to Playstore, then he said "you already have it, you already have it!". I love to learn about my phone and am no dummy but when I looked up, all 3 employees had a smirk that conveyed how "stupid" we were. My husband and I left the store. We went across the aisleway to Telus where the staff member who helped us was respectful and professional.
