  Terrible customer service at Best Buy. I waited 20+ minutes to get help buying a monitor. After asking three different employees, I was told everytime that someone would come shortly, but no one ever did. Please respect your customers’ time. It was never like this before — very disappointing experience. Please give some training to your employees.

  Literal actual thieves. Stole $500 from me. Worst company on earth (Purolator being a second). Horrible customer service, not a care that the company has actually stolen $500. Made no effort in locating my product.

  Terrible customer service! Asked for help or a cart to move a heavy item to my car. They apparently don't provide any help. As per what the staff told me today. Even though there was 10 staff members talking not doing anything all hangout by the entry of the store. So basically if your handicap don't expect help here. Best buy customer service getting worse everytime!

  The crew that sells phones wrote out a plan with all details and then after a month the plan changed. After contacting the provider they realized the guy who sold the phone just wrote stuff down on paper and put a temporary discount on the file. You'll be lucky if you find an employee that speaks English amd hygiene is the last thing on their minds. The WORST Bestbuy in the city for service and cleanliness. Take the risk of getting stabbed in polo park or low stock in Transcona. They do not care about you here.
