  We had a reservation for 6, showed up and decided to leave after 30 minutes of waiting for a server, even after asking if someone would take our order. It’s disappointing considering that the restaurant was empty. This Brandon location seems to be struggling.

  Food and services are perfect even delivering too is on time. Nice meal especially pasta and pizzas

  My family had a wonderful first time at the restaurant!! We came by on Saturday and had an excellent server. She always made sure our soups were hot and our beverages were full. My husband had never tried a Hell’s Kitchen before but she convinced him it was worth it and boy did he love it!! My pizza was cooked to perfection and the Caesar salad it came with was lovely, with plenty of delicious bacon. I made sure to tell Emily on our way out that we would definitely be back and look forward to enjoying our meals just as much!!! 10/10 first time experience

  Food was good for what it is, but it's hard to screw up pasta most of the time. It's like a crappier version of olive garden but with pizza. Kids eat free on Tuesday is nice, but server was clueless about it and had to check with other staff and get the bill corrected. My kids even knew about it from reading signage all over the place, cmon... The place is only 8 years old but showing it's age. Every piece of red pleather on the seats, chairs, booths, walls etc is falling apart/peeling and it looks really bad. Everything else is getting dinged up and will need a refresh sooner than later. Walls at our booth were also stained up and gross looking but table was clean at least.

  Got take out. Hell’s Kitchen Chicken entree. menu said it was spicy. It was not. I’ve had spicier Campbell’s tomato soup. Chicken had hard chunks in it that weren’t chewable at all. Not a good meal for $25.
