  This place is terrible now, nothing on the shelves, no staff to help, staff are not knowledgable about the products. It’s used to be my favourite store. When did it get so bad?

  This Best Buy absolutely sucks! Do not go here! My mother tried to return an oculus and they wouldn’t give her a refund! It was so stupid! There was no reason not to and the reason was because it wouldn’t scan on their end. Jennifer (the manager at customer service) was extremely rude! Jennifer accused my mother of trying to return a ln old oculus and embarrassed her in front of the entire line behind her. She said and I quote “I think your trying to return an old oculus ma’am” and she said this very loud and made it seem like my mother was stealing. We will never be making any kind of purchase ever again here!!

  This was the only place I could find a refrigerator that could be delivered the next day at a very competitive price. When your refrigerator dies, you need one right away not 2 to 5 days later. Extremely happy with the delivery gentlemen William and Luigi. They came first thing in the morning and got to work efficiently and professionally. They got us up and running within 30 minutes. Very impressed with their skills removing my dead refrigerator and placing my new LG side by side in place. Thankful for this great experience. Highly recommend Best Buy for appliances. Definitely had good products at good prices and faster delivery than the other ones we normally deal with. Thanks Best Buy!

  Been here 5 times now and the service gets worse each visit. Standing around waiting for someone at the checkout for 15 mins this visit while employees stand around and talk to each other. What a shitty managed store. Amazon from now on.
