  Very slow service and check in. Malfunctioning fridge freezing produce in lowest setting. Malfunctioning laundry. Same breakfast food every day...no change at all for 4 days.

  A great experience. Or room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Although the room was showing a little wear, it was a great value for the price. We will definitely stay there again next time.

  Smoke / fire alarm went off in the room at 11:30pm while my fiancé and I were dead asleep. Staff were not helpful about the situation and upon check out the next morning when I explained this happened and was not happy about it the staff just stared at me without any initiative to remedy the horrible night. Staff said a manager would call me after I pressed about not being happy with my stay, however, days later a manager still hasn't reached out. Heard from family in the area that this has happened at the best Western to others they knew. I will be avoiding this place in the future.
