  Wir haben zwei Nächte im zentral gelegenen BW in Victoria verbracht. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, komfortabel und sauber. Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit an allen Tagen. Es war nachts sehr laut für unseren Geschmack, außerdem war die Frischluft Zufuhr im Zimmer nicht wirklich gegeben da man die Fenster nur einen 10-15 cm breiten Spalt öffnen konnte.

  The room and customer service were great HOWEVER buyer be ware that there is a night club in the same building and it is incredibly loud Friday / Sat (STARTING in the 10 o’clock hour). I would not have booked this hotel if I knew. I DID NOT sleep and felt ripped off paying extra $ for the location 😡 Also valet parking is THE ONLY option not an “offering” as it is framed on the hotels webpage - so you MUST budget for that. Good hotel but too many unexpected negative surprises for me to return.

  Nice hotel located in Downtown Victoria within walking distance of the legislature, Royal BC Museum, miniature world and much more. The rooms were very nicely decorated, kept and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. although some rooms close to elevator and club nearby can get noisy at times, we were lucky and had a quiet pleasant stay at The Best Western Carlton Hotel.

  We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area

  The location is good and the staff were wonderful and friendly however the rooms were not overly comfortable. The air conditioning unit would kick on and off and was so loud it would wake you up every time and it would also blow cold air directly on your face with no way to redirect the airflow from the vents. The rooms are also far from sound proof and we could hear every sound in the hallway. We booked on a Friday and played over $500 for this room, then we noticed once the weekend was over, the price of the hotel dropped by half on the booking site we used 😑. There was also a bar below with loud music bumping until 2am which also kept us up. On the positive though, the Ruby Restaurant attached to the hotel was really cute and served a great breakfast! We’ve stayed in Victoria many times but won’t be staying at this one again unfortunately.
