  I came into Best Buy - Mayfair for a minor sim card purchase and ended up with an issue that required assitance from Telus. The Telus store told me they could not help so when I returned to Martina at Best Buy she went above and beyond to provide a solution despite it not being their responsibility. If you were to look up excellent customer service you would find a picture of Martina !! Go to Best Buy.... don't waste time Telus

  Not their fault, but it took a while before I was able to get my transaction done. Too many customers and not enough staff, but it's a small place, so there isn't much they could do to speed things up.
