  Went in looking for a Samsung watch charger. After 20 minutes they found one. I questioned it, bit was assured it was right. For $70. Left. Drove for 5 hours away and found it was a Samsung phone charger . Didn't work. Too far away to go back. Not impressed.

  I came in for a chair on sale I brought my 3-year-old. The first person I talked to told me they don't have chairs that was something they had at Christmas and then after dragging them through the store and showing them the display of chairs for sale they proceeded to highlight a bunch that would not even show on their website. We found one and it happened to be in stock it's the last one. They made me and my three year old wait in the store while they fetch the chair from the back. Maybe just under 10 minutes not unreasonable. Not convenient either. My bank card had a malfunctioning chip and I can only use it to tap. I left my other bank cards at home, 25 minutes away and had my phone to make a tap purchase on them or the card I had. They have a policy of not letting you tap your purchase if it's over $250. My bank allows me $400 tap purchases. The purchase was $274. Instead of breaking into two tap purchases on the exact same card. They declined my purchase altogether and I left the store empty-handed forced to either drive home almost an hour round trip. I've spent a lot of money in this store but I won't be back.
