  I parked my car and the hotel lobby service man tried to not let me back in after paying 50$ for parking overnight. It was a huge inconvenience to my night. This was at 11:30 at night in a back ally. The people working during the evening were amazing and said it was okay. The guy at night was rude.

  Lovely large room with separate bedrooms, great for families. Very clean quiet and excellent security. Underground parking was very expensive. $45.00 per night, witch was really our only option. But it’s in downtown Vancouver, so… We were very disappointed in the couch in the living area. This thing was horrible, not just uncomfortable, but the cushions were a disaster. I did advise the property and hopes are they will change that soon. And I will give them the benefit of doubt that this was the only one like this. Not what you would expect from a property of this calibre.

  Great hotel downtown Vancouver. An hotel where the employees show they can make the difference! From front desk to the concierge to the waiter in the restaurant for breakfast! The hotel might be a bit dated. Beds are great, bathroom clean. Recommend this place! Great eating options around the corner.

  We booked this hotel for 3 nights. Honestly, we felt very unsafe in this area. Lots of homeless, drug use, and screaming at night from the street that kept us up. Hotel room was very poor. We are a family of 5, the sofa bed was awful and creeky. It was impossible for 2 people to sleep on. Washroom had huge gaps between the ceiling and the wall. Very poorly maintained, Overall very disappointing and we do not recommend for other travellers. Scary place- stay away.

  Positiv: - Die Lage ist perfekt, äusserst zentral gelegen. - Das Frühstück (à la carte, KEIN Buffet verfügbar) war sehr lecker und die Portionen sehr gross. - Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend Negativ: - die Betten entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen: die Doppelbetten waren gerade einmal 120cm breit (viel zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene!) und das Bettsofa war alt und durchgelegen - die Klimaanlage war sehr laut
