  The friendly and professional staff helped me purchase a new refrigerator. They organized delivery of the new unit and recycling of the old one. They also took the time explain how the warranty worked and how to deal with any issues. The delivery team was also top notch with timing and careful handling.

  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Ali. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. He answered all of my questions without rushing me and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare these days. Ali went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. If you visit this Best Buy, I highly recommend asking for Ali.   Worst place to buy any sort of headsets, ear pods or headphones. I purchased ear pods that were defective; less than a month after my purchase, I went to return them but to my surprise, I was told that they would replace them but did NOT allow me to return them for a refund. If you want to purchase ear pods, go to Amazon, they're cheaper and you can always return them if there is a problem with them! I will never buy anything from BestBuy again!
