  I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new laptop and had an excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between several models without making me feel pressured. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciated being able to see and compare products in person before making a decision. Checkout was quick, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Great customer service and a solid selection of electronics.

  Abdul was amazing today, right after our entrance he approached us and asked us if we are looking for something. He then gave us the complete rundown of the product and then he looked for what we wanted. Overal I had an amazing and smooth experience in the store purchasing thanks to Abdul.

  I never post comment on Google, but kindness needs to be praised in this capitalism world system. Thank you Avi (Avirat) for having taking the time, with patience, kindness, much detailed explanations, no rush and honest possibilities from this specific store and stock available. In other BestBuy locations, I have been received with the avid scripted sellers, who fells like they confuse you in purpose just to to the sale. (Oh one of them frankly tried to flirt and did comment on my clothes and personnal life...).

  No one at Geek Squad desk. Told they were on a break. Finally staffed 20 minutes later. 2 people ahead of me, waited even longer. Few staff, lots of customers just hanging around waiting for help. 1 cashier on duty. Terrible Terrible Terrible service.
