Wow! So impressed with the service today at this Apple location. Bought a 17pro max a month ago and there were camera issues. Came in to get some support and met with the most amazing senior employee named Anas. He was so fun to chat with, super thorough, patient and allowed me to exchange for another iPhone 17pro max. The camera is perfect on this one! Thank you so much for such a smooth transition! Love my phone and your amazing team!
walked in last saturday looking for a external battery charger for my iphone pro max 14. sale guy handles my phone, observes the model, shows me nimble share power and sales me white coloured one.
get it home and the white device has a pink plastic colour cover….not! what i asked for.
bring it back the next day! approach sales person explaining my issues, also showing my phone and hands me new white nimble share power and i go home.
take it out of the box and guess what….it is not compatible with my iphone.
next day walked back!! to the store (pacific centre) to return it for a refund.
apple corporation, apple pacific centre management, apple pacific centre employees…you wasted my time, you hire incompetent employees
who obviously need to learn how to communicate with customers BETTER when selling the product. you have failed the most important part of product knowledge and highly disappointed and wasted my time. how about compensating me for my troubles. DO MUCH DARN BETTER
Confusing pickup workflow
Ordered an Apple Watch for pickup with a 6:45–7:00 PM window. The instructions said to arrive during that window, but also said the order could not be picked up until receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email.
No email came. The order stayed Processing, and the status page was also not working properly. I went to the store anyway and was told the order was not ready.
The delay itself is understandable. The UX logic is not.
It seems the happy path was implemented, but the obvious edge case — “What if the pickup window arrives while the order is still Processing?” — was not considered.
A clearer status and a clear next action would have saved me a wasted trip. 😏

Absolutely one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.
I placed an order through Apple’s website specifically because it showed same-day in-store pickup at a scheduled time. I paid over $1,000 based on that promise. When I arrived at the store, I was told my order wouldn’t actually be available for about a week.
Not only was the website information completely inaccurate, but the staff made little effort to help. No one tried to find an alternative solution, check for available inventory, or offer any meaningful assistance. It felt like once Apple had my money, they simply didn’t care.
Calling Apple Support was equally disappointing. They offered no real solution and simply repeated policies instead of taking ownership of a problem that Apple created.
To make matters worse, if I cancelled the order, I was told I’d have to wait several business days to get my money back. Apple can charge your card immediately, fail to provide what was promised, and then make you wait to get your own money back.
For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this was misleading, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. If your website says an item is available for same-day pickup, customers should be able to rely on that. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust the pickup times shown online.
Very disappointing.

Bad Apple Trade-In Experience!!
A while ago, my iPhone 16's battery stopped working properly and wouldn't charge. After 2 appointments at the Apple Store, their experts couldn't figure out what was wrong even with diagnostics. We only found out that the phone would charge via MagSafe, but that was actually damaging the battery further.
I decided to trade in my iPhone 16 for the iPhone 17 to get a discount through Apple Trade-In. Store and online experts both valued my phone at $575.
I shipped my phone in, and a few days later I found out my trade-in value had dropped from $575 to $0, apparently because the phone "couldn't charge" and "couldn't turn on or off." Apple shipped my iPhone 16 back to me, even after I called them 2x trying to find a solution. Nothing was resolved.
As you can see in the picture, I'm charging my iPhone 16 with MagSafe right now, and the phone itself is not damaged at all. Honestly, I'd call this a scam, I only bought the iPhone 17 because of the trade-in discount I was promised.
Loyal Apple customer for 15 years, by the way.
