  I came with an online prepared package for delivery to Nigeria. Jay was very helpful in packaging the box and requested the assistance of the driver who was about leaving and made sure my package was dispatched on time alongside others that were being taking out. I appreciate it Jay. Thanks

  Mohit was extremely helpful, kind, and assisted my elderly mother in sorting out her Passport delivery. He walked her through every step of the way, and was very empathetic to her struggles with DHL's online service

  This is honestly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My package is stuck, and your system says my home address is “incorrect” even though I use the exact same address for all my online purchases with no issues. Your office phone number does not even work when I try calling, and there is no proper customer support email available. I paid an extra $38 for faster shipping, and now I have no idea where my package is. No updates, no follow-up, no support. Why should I have to go pick up a package myself after paying extra for express delivery? This service is absolutely terrible and extremely frustrating. I am very upset and disappointed. Please contact me as soon as possible and resolve this issue immediately, otherwise I will file a formal complaint. Just cal me as soon as possible !!!!

  Both the customer in front of myself and I were both emailed to come collect our packages from this DHL location only to find out that our packages are actually waiting for us in downtown Vancouver, two cities over. What a complete waste of a morning having to come all the way from downtown in the first place because neither DHL location doesn't pick up the phone so there's no way to even verify the package is Downtown. Absolute trash service
