  DHL Courier Service is really good—fast, reliable, and safe. I had to send one of my very important documents to India, and it arrived even earlier than I expected. Despite India having a long weekend, the document was delivered quickly and safely. The staff at DHL Surrey Central were also very helpful and guided me properly throughout the process. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you, DHL Surrey Central, for your great service! I highly recommend going directly to the DHL store, as third-party services may charge significantly more than the actual store. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I visited the DHL Surrey City Centre location on Sunday and had an outstanding customer service experience. When I walked in, I explained to Mr. Paramjit that I have vision issues that limit my ability to see clearly and asked if he could help me complete my delivery details. He immediately stepped in to assist. He patiently went through the process with me step by step, entering the information I provided and checking with me along the way to make sure every detail was correct. His patience, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to provide such personal assistance were truly appreciated. Nowadays, it is not always easy to find counter service like this, where someone takes the time to genuinely help rather than simply directing customers to do everything themselves. Thank you, Mr. Paramjit, for your excellent service. Your passion for helping customers and your friendly approach were highly appreciated. Please keep up the excellent work! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
