  An absolute disaster from start to finish. We purchased all the appliances for our new business, and everything from purchasing and delivery to installation and customer service was horribly handled. The staff were poorly trained, didn't understand their own policies, and treated us with frustration whenever we returned to resolve THEIR mistakes. Even the washing machine arrived scratched, but we eventually gave up trying to get things fixed. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no common sense. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had.

  Went to the Best Buy store in South Surrey around 330pm on a Friday. It wasn't busy and there were only 2 staff members on the entire floor. I went searching for an employee to help with the purchase of a Macbook. After 20mins I finally found someone who could help. Customer service was definitely lacking but prices/product availability was good.

  Sold me literal garbage for headphones,like they were genuinely worse than the broken headphones I came in with, wouldnt take a return 2 minutes later. Do not buy anything sudio brand and buy here at your own risk

  I had a great experience yesterday at Best Buy. My cell phone had just packed it in . I attended Best Buy and met employee Harman. She helped me find a similar phone to replace my defective phone. She was excellent in explaining the various features, of various phones, took her time and no pressure. Once I decided on the phone I wanted, she brought introduced me to one of the tech employees Tanysyh who painstakingly (over 2 hours) worked to retrieve all the data from my old phone and move it over to my new phone. no easy task as the wifi on my old phone would not work. Super happy with the outcome and my new phone. Would defintely recommend. Thanks again Harman and Tanysh.
