  If I could give less than one star, I would give a -8! I was in need of a TV that only Best Buy carries…. I went at 11:00 am on a Thursday, only 2 other customers in the great big store. I wondered around, looking for the TVs. Then looked for someone to help me for about 10 or 15 minutes until I found what I was looking for. After dragging the TV to a check-out, I was insulted further by having to wait another 10 minutes for someone, anyone to take my money! As much as I hate self-serve checkouts I would suggest to management to save not just yourself the money for staff, but pass the savings on to your customers. A comedian once said “ time is money and business waste our time to save money “. Customer service be damned!

  I sure do not know what is happening at this Best Buy at Scott road and 80th. This is the WORST so called service. No service what so ever. I am a senior lady looking to buy and support Best Buy. I entered the store intending to buy a TV Went to the tv section and looked at the tvs. There were 2 staff there chatting. I walked up to the staff members and politely asked for some help to purchase a tv. One man said I will get someone to help you . Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me. No one came. There were not many people in the store. I found the tv I wanted and picked up the box myself. The box was a little on the heavy side for a senior woman, but I managed to get it to the cashier. Then waited for another 10 minutes for a cashier to come to their station from the back. When I explained to the cashier about my experience, she just told me how much I owed her. If there was another place that carried the tv I wanted I would have walked out. This is not the first time this has happened. Can’t find a reason to support this Best Buy when this experience keeps happening. What would you do if this happened to you? Very frustrating and disappointed

  After visiting this location I think that I stop going to best buy for buying electronics at this location I faced Terrible customer service, bad and unhelpful staff who don’t want to help the customer's at all especially JASNOOOR which I find very arrogant and disrespectful. Please don’t visit this location if you don’t want to waste your time and energy

  Absolutely amazing customer service from a young lady named Noor ! You rarely ever get eye contact nor a smile anymore but Noor was very engaged knowledgeable happy informative and running two departments at the time when we needed assistance. She ended up saving us big chunk of money and suggesting what she would advise accordingly to what our needs were for a cell phone service provider because she actually listened to our concerns. Then we were looking at appliances as we are in the Market for a dishwasher, guess who showed up with a clipboard and ready to assist us it was Noor I was so impressed from the knowledge and confidence she had as well as going double the mile to help us what we needed within our budget. It was very refreshing to have expirenced service from her.
