  Absolutely shitty experience. After being told I could drive in and have my under warranty airpod3’s replaced, upon arrival was told can’t do it as the system was down. Would zi mind wandering the mall for an hour in the “hope” it would be up again. Absolutely shitty experience start to finish. Including drive there and back, 3 hours of my life I will never get back. Writing this review has been cathartic.

  I went there just yesterday have some sense how to talk to customers even if is still looking for a watch not buying. I don’t know even Apple employees knows basic customer service.

  I’ve not felt compelled to leave a review for awhile however my experience here was horrid. Take your repairs or purchases to the Apple Store in Pacific Centre. Guildford has incompetent “team leaders” that know nothing about Apple devices. My phone was reset and I had to wait an hour longer due to their “policies” despite me having a second phone with all the information they needed.

  There is no point to book appointment here because. Body is free here whether you have an appointment or not and they told me to wait for minute even though I am on time but still have to wait they don’t care about people time .

  I booked my appointment to fix watch issue but after acknowledging it was fixed after one hour that too after giving them reminders.Just two girls were super nice who helped me at the end and the issue was fixed in just 5 mins.But the person who checked first never came back to check .Not at all good service at this location.
