    Very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. I booked an appointment to explore the Apple Vision Pro and learn more about the product. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and waited for over an hour, only to be told that no staff member was available to assist me and that I would need to come back another day. This was a complete waste of my time. The whole purpose of booking an appointment is to ensure someone is available to help at the scheduled time. If the store could not accommodate the appointment, I should have been informed beforehand instead of being left waiting for over an hour. For a company that prides itself on customer service and premium experiences, this level of organization is unacceptable. The lack of communication and respect for customers’ time was extremely frustrating. I expected much better from Apple.

    Worst apple store i have ever been to . I went there at 6.30 for iphone screen replacement and i waited till 8.30 even i had appointment. Then they said we cannot replace your screen you have to come tomorrow. And white blonde girl there was very rude . Staff is very unprofessional. I suggest everyone to go to other apple stores .

    I went to the store and had a question, the manager, farzan. She told me she was busy and asked me to wait, saying that she would send someone to help me. However, I waited for approximately 20 minutes and no one came to assist me. During that time, I noticed that she was helping another customer who arrived after me. I was concerned that I was asked to wait without receiving assistance, while another customer was helped during that time. This left me feeling that I was treated differently and unfairly. I eventually left the store without receiving any help. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service and do not feel that this experience reflects the standard of professionalism and customer care expected from a manager. I would appreciate this situation being reviewed and addressed.

    I would not recommend this store because the staff were not professional. Today, I came to the store with my grandmother to ask about a phone. She had many questions because it is not easy for an older person to learn how to use a new phone. One employee started helping us, but after a few minutes she left without any explanation. We were left alone without assistance, and I felt very disappointed and confused. I expected better customer service, especially when helping elderly customers who need extra time and support.

    The worst customer service here. I got a new watch and had issues with the battery it was about two weeks new. I went in and stood for about 10 minutes there were three people just standing I approached one of the ladies and explained my situation I wanted the watch checked but would also trade in for a series 11. She said she needed a receipt since I had this as a gift I didn’t have a receipt. Plus because this was a series 3 they would not service it. I texted my sister who told it was bought at Costco in Calgary and she texted me the receipt. I waited for about 20 minutes and she didn’t show up. There were two guys just standing next to me so I asked them if they could help me. One guy walked away and the second guy told me one minute next thing I know he started helping another guy. I just stood there now I was there for about 30 minutes. Finally both guys were standing next to me so I asked for a manager. They both walked away but one guy did bring the manager. I told him about the poor service he didn’t really seem concerned but told me he would get someone to help me. This guy came I told him what I wanted. He ran my watch through and said it wasn’t eligible for a trade as it was a new generation. He would book me an appointment for a diagnostic with the Genius Bar would about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked him what was happening he had actually forgotten helping me. He looked and said it could be another hour but didn’t know how long but my best bet was to take watch back Costco as it was bought there. I decided to walk away I ran into the manager on my way out informed him of my decision but he didn’t really care just told me to have a great day.
