  This was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had getting a new phone. I walked into best buy looking for ear buds and was approached by Pannu, we engaged in conversation and the subject of a new phone and switching accounts came up. The information, details and options were never explained to me so clear and I ended up switching accounts and getting a new phone. Any other time I have done this I've gone away a little foggy and wondering what I've missed but with Pannu it was an enjoyable and very detailed informative transaction, I walked away very satisfied and would definitely deal with him again. Thank you Pannu
