  We had excellent service from the Sechelt Best Buy. Prince, Prashant and Surbhi were amazingly helpful. We purchased new phones and they answered all our questions and took great care of our needs.   I had such a great experience with Prashant W at Best Buy while switching my mobile service from Telus to Bell. Prashant was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so easy. Switching carriers can feel like a bit of a hassle, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the switch. I left feeling completely satisfied and honestly wishing I had made the switch sooner! It’s not often that you walk away from a service experience feeling this positive. A huge thank you to Prashant for making what could have been a stressful process such a smooth and pleasant experience. He is a real asset to Best Buy, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with their mobile service.
