We have had excellent service at Best Buy for many years, starting when it was called The Source. Yesterday we had an exceptional experience when we went in to ask some questions about our phone plan that has expired. Simon spent a lot of time with us, helping two non technical types understand the current status of our phone service and the options that were open to us.
The store was quite busy and Simon was in charge. He had one or two new employees working. He worked with us, was positive and supportive of his workers' efforts to learn their jobs and at no point showed any frustration or impatience with us or his staff. We are happy with the plan and products we chose and know we will be welcome anytime we have problems or questions. But we were most impressed with Simon's customer relation and managerial methods and skills. We are not related to Simon or anyone else affiliated with Best Buy. We just appreciate good service and kind treatment.
The staff is helpful and professional. I have always had great service from Salmon Arm.

Simon the best very knowledgeable
Very rude sales associate. Went in to ask a question about a purchased warranty and was met with a very condescending attitude. Was made to feel incredibly stupid. I would have actually just purchased the item again if not covered, but immediately turned around and walked out. Will never spend another cent at this location ever again. On the other hand, the young girl being trained was lovely. Very kind and personable.

Simon was so very helpful and efficient with helping me order what I needed. It arrived in less than 24 hours!
Although Mercedes did not directly help me with my purchase she ensured I was looked after and was so patient and kind with the customer she was helping.
Overall really great experience!
