  ​Had a wonderful experience picking up an international package from the DHL Richmond Airport location. The staff made the whole process incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional. It’s great to see a team that handles shipments with such care. Plus, having a dedicated customer parking lot made the visit completely stress-free. Thank you for the great service!

  Good for nothing. Held my package two weeks at the custom clearence when I paid for an express service. My package was a time sensitive confidential document. Chat bot is far better usefull than the brokerage customer care lady. No use of paying salary to the brokerage department. Passed the ball and kept saying everything was fine until I found out that there was a confusion with the documents through the chat bot. Then I had to ask the customer care lady whether it was the problem and she said "yes" which is funny. I had to later go and self-clear my package from customs which only took me 5 mins. Doesnt reply to emails and call wait time is crazy somedays. Takes hours. Did not get any notifications or messages regarding issues but kept saying they have sent messages through whatsapp. No messages or notifications were sent ever even the mobile number was correct.. Horrible service. Do not recommend to anyone.

  Very disappointing. Courier lied about coming to my address but after checking CCTV he/she never came the entire time. On top of that, no phone call communication before the courier even reported the address to be incorrect, which again, false information. Crazy. If I get to choose I won’t even give one star. WHERE EXACTLY IS MY PACKAGE??????????

  I can’t believe that a company like this has such a poor customer service. I’m attempting to send documents to the embassy in USA. And they can’t even give me proper instructions how to get a return label to get my documents back. I mean this is a standard practice used in many couriers. This individual just blatantly just tell you “no we can’t do that” but the website says otherwise. Moreover he can’t even look at the system and provide a guidance. He just doesn’t care! How can your customer service be so poor?
