  Not impressed with my online shopping experience at Best Buy. I placed an order for an item online, only to have it cancelled the following day without any prior notice. The reason given was a payment failure, even though all the payment information I provided was accurate and matched. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I was expecting the order to go through. Disappointing customer experience and definitely room for improvement in their online ordering process.

  I just went to use the washroom there and chit chat with the geek squad, I keep forgetting there not really cell tech people for troubleshooting issues with mobile phones or Google issues but still really kind and professional. I like checking out the new name brands and tech there coming out with these days. Those aura rings look neat

  Terrible experience with a marketplace seller (PRO OB) and poor support! I requested to cancel my order just a hours after placing it because I bought it in-store instead. Best Buy agents and chat reps tried to help and contacted the third-party seller multiple times, but they completely ignored everything for 3 days and shipped it anyway. Now, being 8 months pregnant and close to my delivery date, I am stuck carrying a massive 20kg heavy package that I never wanted, with zero proper help. If you buy from marketplace sellers here, expect zero communication and a total headache. Terrible service!
