  Fantastic customer service. I was in the store and it was clearly very, very busy, but the fellow helping me didn't try to rush me at all. I needed assistance with several things, and was very grateful for his patience and help. I failed to get his name but I recall his badge showed he is a team lead. I would not hesitate to go back.

  I went in to look at getting a new phone Saturday Sept 26 and was specifically looking for a s26! They had one in stock. Gurkirat and and the other gentleman working in the phone department were awesome! Got my wife and daughters on my plan and got mine cheaper! Great work guys! Definitely be back in a bit to get a new phone for my daughter and I'll be looking for you guys.

  The store has been renovated within the year and have done a terrible job. There is no customers service upon entering, There are customers wondering around looking for help and all 3 staff are sitting behind tills at the back of the store. Very unorganized and poor service. Not enough staff for the size of the building

  They are fine for a best buy and the staff are okay but geek squad is pretty useless. They dont do computer repairs on site anymore. Everything is sent down to Langley. If you need non geek squad insurance repairs don't bother. Also the phone number on the listing does not go to the store it goes to a completely incompetent automated answering system that can get you caught in a loop.

  Unfortunately I had a terrible experience trying to buy a laptop from this store today. They had a product displayed on the sales floor for a significant discount (regularly 1500 -> 800), when I tried to buy the laptop, the sale manger said they were out of stock and couldn’t order me one online for that price. He then immediately tried to upsell me on an inferior and more expensive laptop. Extremely consumer unfriendly practice to display products that the store has no intention of selling just to get people in the door to upsell, potentially in violation of consumer protection acts in Canada. Needless to say, won’t be going back.
