    Never enough staff, poor management, average stock, floor staff either are not knowledgeable or pretend they don't see you, I literally have tried getting someone to help upto 10 mins on some visits! I only got if I need it right now

    Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff spoke very arrogantly and showed no respect or willingness to help. Instead of listening to my concerns, they were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I expected professional and courteous service, but the experience was frustrating and unpleasant. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and it left a very negative impression.

    Very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. I purchased earbuds and tried to return them within the 30-day return period, but I was told they would not accept the return because the box had been opened. Instead of getting a refund, I was forced to exchange them for another product. The staff were not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I expected.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping. I felt ignored and disrespected as a customer. Instead of trying to resolve my concerns, they made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. I expected much better from Best Buy. Very disappointed and would not recommend this store to others.

    Worst experience all around. My elderly father tried to call the store and the call centre forwarded him and they wouldn’t answer so it kept re routing him to the call centre. I then went into the store to see if they had the item he was looking for. Upon arriving there were no associates to be found and you have to walk all the way to the very back of the store to the tills/service counter?? When I got there the two ladies at the till just kept chatting. I asked if they had the specific item I was looking for to which the girl responded “No, we’re sold out.” I then asked if she knew when they would be getting more stock in to which she responded “I have no idea.” I said “Helpful.” Turned around and left the store. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I won’t ever be back. I will not recommend anyone to shop here either.
