  I visited the Parksville location yesterday May 21 and was assisted by Nolan. Not only did he answer all my questions about saving documents as a pdf but he assured me I could still use my current computer. When I asked about printers, he gave me great information about the best, most economical way to go when I am ready for a new one. He is vey knowledgeable as a computer expert but also possesses excellent communication skills, is polite, respectful and patient. Some tech people lack these traits and are hard to understand or run out of patience with people like me who dont work a lot on computers but still need them for life. I will recommend this location and high praise for young Mr Nolan. Thank you for your help and encouragement.
