  Outstanding. Luc's tech savey fixed a glitch on my cell phone. No charge, just got her done. Best Buy is my "go to" store for all electronics.

  We got the most incredible help from Luc, at Nelson Best Buy, when trying to upgrade cell phone service. We had spoken to several other people in the business and researched on line but no one had been able to come up with the phone plan Luc was able to offer us. Not only that but he spent almost an hour with us at the store helping to work through the plans and get the changes installed. He was so patient and kind and helpful with a challenging problem! Highly recommend his services!

  Thank you so much Luc ! I came rushing in 25 minutes before closing today (Sunday Sept 20th) with a cell phone issue . He was super helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Luc identified the issue and had it fixed in a quick minute , then identified and helped correct some important set up information that I had missed when I initially set my phone up and lastly enlarged my font so I could see my texts with out my glasses 🙈😂super appreciated that .
