  I came here some time ago to get my plan switched over, it went flawlessly. recently my phone quit working and Lanze helped me get a new one and made sure i understood the process. Very helpful, highly recommend getting a phone here.

  Luc in there is exceptional to deal with. After canceling my koodo plan, they made it very difficult, but luckily was extremely patient and helped me get set up on virgin for a very reasonable price. It was service that voodoo is simply incapable of with their technical difficulties and lack of real people to serve you. I'll never deal with voodoo again. If you need a phone, go see luc

  Excellent service! All the guys here were incredibly helpful. Lanze and Luc went above and beyond and I highly recommend The Best Buy in Nelson over every best buy in the kootenays!!!
