  I paid 50$ for a plastic screen protector that not only was installed with bubbles, but also immediately broke the first time my phone fell. I dont say plastic to be dramatic, it was genuinely a piece of plastic. Like the cover of a screen decided to prevent fingerprints when in the display. The people were really nice but I cant help but feel ripped off, especially when I had to get the screen protector replaced 3 days later and spent 30$ on an actual glass screen protector.

  Had a really good experience with Ricky purchasing a new 17 pro. I feel like he genuinely explored all options to get me the best deal, explained everything clearly, got me a few extras, and helped me transfer everything from my old phone. Really happy with my decision to purchase from Best Buy and will be back for my next purchase a couple years down the road. Thank you!

  Didn’t catch her name but the associate who installed my screen protector today was awesome! It’s nice to be able to get a guaranteed dust free install.
