  Young male with long hair, in mobile department is not qualified enough. Doesn’t make any sense what he is saying. I would rather go to mobile shop than best buy where you can speak to qualified people. Sad to see that best buy hire people which are unqualified. Not recommended!

  I am going to start off by saying the new store looks very nice. I purchase a lot of phones and computers for my business from this Best Buy. I chose this store because they have a very good return policy for products that’s don’t work for me. The staff are very very helpful. My experience in this store with regards to purchases and returns has been nothing short of a 5-star service. The staff is knowledgeable, they are very quick to call someone on the radio to get extra assistance. This review is very specific to this store only. Other Best Buy stores generally don’t offer this kind of customer service. I have moved a lot of my online Amazon purchases for electronics to this store recently. Try them out. If you don’t get help make sure someone notices you or wave someone over. The other day a lady was in front of me at the Mobile till and the assistant explained all the contracts and pricing to her for 10mins while I waited. She walked out without buying anything. There was one person behind me also waiting. Instead of getting impatient, I recognized this as a service assistant explaining to the customer her options of purchase, if she’s gonna buy it or not - the assistant was giving her a detailed breakdown. I understood that the assistant needed his computer screen to look up her details and provide estimates. The assistant wrote it all down on a piece of paper for her. Same happens to me when I have been looking at laptops, the service advisors come to me and are more than happy to run me through the details for as long as I need. That’s one thing Amazon cannot do! It’s nice to see the shelves are stocked, and that they are getting regular stock for pickup. Anyways, thank you.

  The materials feel very cheap and the overall quality is disappointing. However, the product is sold at a price and with packaging that make it look like a high-quality, expensive item. Unfortunately, the actual quality doesn’t match the price or presentation. Overall, it’s just okay and not something I would recommend.
