Really bad experience. Walked around the cell phone section for 15 minutes, no help. Had to approach a 'blue shirt' because they kept walking past me, 7 blue and black shirts in total. Finally George helped me out. When I told him I wanted to buy a new phone, he was interested. Then I told him I wanted to buy it without a plan or financing, then he was less interested and told me he'd be right back. More than 30 minutes goes by, he finally comes back to and says, are you still waiting for me? Did you pick out a phone? Then he's gone again. Another 15 minutes, another blue shirt asks me if I've been helped. I explain house long it's been. She heads off to get help. 5 minutes later a black shirt came to assist me. At this point George is helping out a new customer, and the other blue shirt is assisting a second new customer.
So after more than ONE AND HALF HOURS, I left, no phone.
Spend your money elsewhere...
We recently picked up a De’Longhi portable air conditioner from this Best Buy location, but unfortunately the product was incomplete and not in acceptable condition. It was missing key parts, including the larger window hose, and the unit itself had noticeable scratches.
Because of these issues, we will be returning it as soon as possible and will not be shopping at this location again.

Horrible people! Got a TV, a sound system, stove, over the counter microwave, washer and dryer. They were coming to mount the tv and charged $150
Unfortunately we all the expenses couldn't be at home cause I had to work! By the phone is hard to tell how high or low tv is being mounted …. As soon as I came out from work came home and notice that the tv was way too low and was not going to work …. I called the geek guy right away so we could fix it the same day …. But he said he was out of Maple Ridge already and offered to helped out no problem at all…. But told me to call eBay buy just to
re-schedule the service… I am calling Best Buy and they want to charge $450!!! 🤬 because according to them tv is now not New ! Because it was mounted !!!! I requested for a manager to call which they use a number where when you call back you can’t reach a person!!! You waste your time hearing options from a machine to tell you to call the regular number where you have to start the process all over again!!!! Manger didn’t even left his name or last name to call back to ask for him/her!!! A really big scam!!!! Thank you fully everything I bought has been less than 30 days! And I have all my receipts so at this point planing to return everything .
I was asking the guys if they could at least charged me the $150 that I already paid but they said that now I don’t longer apply for the discount. What a way to make money out of people!!!!
I don’t recomend BEST BUY ! It is other stores where they have better deals anyways.
Horrible ! Worst experience ever !!
I came in to buy a phone holder that was listed at $29.99. I couldn’t find it on the floor, so I went to the mobile department where three staff members were standing around talking. I waited about 20 seconds and no one acknowledged me.
I finally had to interrupt and say I had a question. I showed them my phone with the product listing that said there were five units in stock. One staff member just pointed and said, “It’s over there.” I asked where, and she vaguely said, “Behind that stand.”
I went to look and couldn’t find anything. The only similar item was marked $89.99. I went back and had to interrupt them again to say I still couldn’t find it. One staff member eventually walked over, pointed to the bottom of the display, and said, “It’s one of those.”
I picked one and went to checkout. The cashier rang it up at $109. I said that couldn’t be right and showed her the product again. She then went to find it herself, came back with a different one, and completed the sale.
Honestly, I’m not sure why I even went through with the purchase at that point.
This kind of experience is exactly why so many retail stores are struggling. Poor service, no engagement, and zero clarity. I’ll be returning the item and ordering it on Amazon for less, without the hassle.
