  I came here to get a 3 wood re shafted on a monday, they said it would be done by friday, never received a call back, when I came in they told me they couldnt help cause they were basically lazy to source me a shaft adaptor or even call me back, sourced the shaft adaptor myself, got it in 2 days for relatively inexpensive. Came back and got the shaft epoxied and got the club back next day and told me it was ready to hit, made it 2 swings on the course a few days later before the head was turned 180° and was able to pull off the shaft. Looking inside the hozzle you can see they used the tiniest bit of epoxy wich would never hold. Needles to say I will not be returning for any service on my clubs

  I visited Golf Town Kelowna a week ago as I was shopping for golf shoes. I unfortunately lost my earring which I had for many years and I was sure I had lost it at Golf Town. I went there the next day and asked a man at the front counter who I learned was a manger if an earring had been found. Without looking around he just said NO in a very disinterested manner. His customer service skills were lacking. I then left and thought to myself I will comeback the next day and hopefully encounter someone more helpful. I was greeted by two friendly young sales ladies. They were very kind and looked around and found it on the front counter. I was very happy and thankful. The manager who couldn’t care less cost me an extra trip to Golf Town unnecessarily as he couldn’t be bothered to look. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
