    This place is a scam. Brought phone there, sales associate sold the plan by saying that it will be $60 but after 3 months the service provider started charging me $90. On checking with them they told best buy sold me the home plan, which was clearly never disclose to me. I contacted best buy store they did accept their mistake and but there is nothing they can do. They told me to contact my service provider and when I did they clearly told this is something best buy has to sort since they were one who sold the plan. I contacted the store again spoke to Adi, he initially told me that I need to visit the store to get is clear, when I told him I can come next day. He immediately flipped and told no we cannot handle this at store and he will ask his supervisor to contact me. Got a call from the supervisor and she told me,that its a mistake from the Best Buy and suggested me to buy the phone by making full payment (Question if I had to do that then why would I buy the phone on monthly plan). The second option given to me was the store will give me $100 gift card. When I asked what is the basis for this $100 gift card, since I'll be paying $30+taxes each month for the next 24 months which amounts to more than $700, I didn't get any reply for it cus clearly they are fooling the customers. I requested them to keep the complaint open and if some higher manager can look into it, she told yes she can check. After a day I gets a voice mail that max best buy can compensate is $100 gift card. I tried reaching to Best Buy contact us, they told store will call me again and this happened multiple times after that incident. Neither I'm getting any replies from the store or I don't think anybody is even working on my complaint. I feel sorry for myself to give them by business, instead should have opted for staples or any other retail chain at least they don't scam customers to reach their sales targets. Below are items I purchased during that period. 1 iphone 17 pro Pixel 10 pro Pixel watch Pixel 9 Monthly plan for both the phones. The list is very big If i include my yearly purchase. If loyal customer are treated in this way, then I'm sorry it is not true business. P.s don't suggest best buy contactus Link, been dealing with then since last 3 months with no solution

    I went in to get a new phone and new phone plan, Jessica was our advisor and she was absolutely amazing very personable and incredibly knowledgeable and smart! She really took the time to ensure we got the best service! We couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the service was after me and my mom left the store
