My husband and I went in to look at appliances this weekend and the young man that had helped us was great, easy to deal with and patient. He set us up for all of the coupons and discounts he could so our purchase was more affordable and I cant wait for them to arrive later this week! His name starts with a Y, and he just started working there about a month ago. Request him if you can.

No stock on either item advertised (garmin watch or large hard drive).. Geez, no wonder online stores are killing brick and mortar.

We asked if we could bring our English Bulldog in the store (hot summer day) and they said absolutely, no problem. However the staff would not help us as they all appeared frightened of our dog (who is a sweetheart and was on a leash, sitting at our feet not making a peep) Was not impressed as they were quite rude about it. Not a good experience.

Unfortunately, every time I come to this store, I seem to have the same experience. The staff are there, but they don’t seem particularly engaged or proactive, and most importantly, they don’t ask the basic questions needed to actually understand what the customer needs. Today, I needed two charging cables, one for a Samsung and one for an iPhone. I showed the employee both phones, but he didn’t ask what type of connector I needed. I’m not an IT person, so I don’t automatically know all the different types of USB connections. I trusted the salesperson to guide me, paid, and left. Thankfully, I checked the cables in my car before driving home — and of course, they were the wrong connectors for my car. And this isn’t the first time. A few months ago, I had to return a printer because I was sold the wrong one after the salesperson failed to ask the basic questions about what I actually needed. Honestly, this is basic customer service. If someone walks into an electronics store asking for a product, the employee should take 30 seconds to ask a few simple questions and make sure it’s actually compatible with their needs. I shouldn’t have to know more about cables, connectors, or printers than the person working in the electronics department. It’s frustrating, it wastes time, and it leads to unnecessary returns. Better staff training and a more proactive approach to customer service would make a huge difference.

Don't order online from Bestbuy. They allow 3rd party scams to defraud your credit card with 3rd party scammers with no help to locate. I've been dealing with having to restrict and now cancel credit card with fraud charges that bestbuy doesn't care about. Was told by customer service I should be more careful rather than take ownership and accountability for their unsecured website. They blamed it on the seller of the item I ordered as well as myself. As far as they are concerned, it's my problem only. Again, no accountability for allowing scammers on their online ordering website. Thanks for making my life difficult on my end bestbuy. I wont ever step foot in their store again let alone order online with them.
