  Booked two rooms and one room is definitely maintained better than one. The door hydraulic keeps making cracking sound when open and close. Notified front desk but no one came to fix on the second day of the 5 nights 6 days trip. After two days the mechanic came to lubricant the door so it’s not making sounds anymore which is one day before check out time. Bathroom curtain only has one liner layer, no outside curtain. Tub faucet could not be turned off completely so water dripping all day and night. Request housekeeping for the other room but only briefly clean the bathroom and didn’t vacuum on Saturday and on Sunday the room attendant refused to provide extra towels because we didn’t request housekeeping (we declined due to pet and amount of stuff we have in one room) at first but finally gave in and warn us this will be a one time service. Room is spacious, Beds are decent, good enough for its price. Breakfast also good. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the coffee machine and water station. Has laundry room for guest use. Would still go for the pet-friendly, saltwater pool, and proximity to where we need to go.

  Just had an excellent stay at best Western plus Kamloops. Room was nice and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet that was included was excellent. Location was very central and close to restaurants and many other goods and services providers. We have a service dog and he was welcomed everywhere. A great experience all around. We would definitely stay there again.

  Beds were comfy, washroom was clean. Lots of flow with the shower. My work truck window was smashed but nothing taken. If you see this post and leave stuff in your auto make sure you’re in front of one of the outside cameras. My other work colleague had the same problem last year in 2025. Same time period of his stay.

  The staff was absolutely amazing.. by the end of my stay i will have stayed with them for 2 weeks. Absolutely everyone has gone over and above. I stayed with them while I was evacuated.. everyday everyone checked in with me, made sure I was doing okay.. made it feel like home while I was displaced 🫶 let me keep my kitty cat with me the whole time. Will forever be greatful... honestly such an amazing place to stay... highly recommend ❤️ the rooms a very nice and clean, showers awesome water was nice and hot... even had heated floors in the bathroom 👌

  We were given a suite. Two televisions. One in the bedroom, one in the living room. The king bed needed a new mattress...dents on each side made it uncomfortable. The complementary breakfast was adequate. The service was good. Using the elevator took some getting used to, it is a bit dated.
