    that man named Nima in mobile is horrible. I explained to him multiple times that my phone is a save and return phone and yet he did not return my phone and after I asked him he claimed that I did not mention anything to him and instead of saying sorry he played the victim and he said in all my years of working I have never made any mistakes and he just walked away. For someone who claims that they work in the mobile industry for many years he knows nothing. He is absolutely horrible and the worst costumer service I have ever seen. But everyone else who helped me was great. Only he was the problem and should be dealt with. He costed me $800

    Whatever you do, do not purchase from Best Buy, especially not from this location. I had a missing piece from an electronic I purchased which was brand new and never used. She assured me that the exchange policy limit won’t apply in my case and she’ll have the part ordered for me. When I gave her my receipt number she outright refused it and said “her” limit was 2 months, though this isn’t what she originally stated when I asked to clarify. I knew I should’ve recorded her, because she lied in my face. She’s the old Indian manager named Katika. She was also very rude, cold, and has zero sense of customer service. According to her managerial position lying to customers faces is totally fine! Thank God the particular brand has a warranty, so I’ll be contacting the brand directly in regards to this part. The old Indian lady needs to be fired!

    We recently purchased a dishwasher and a juicer from Best Buy Port Coquitlamlocation, and we had an excellent experience thanks to Manoj and Kanika. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the right products without any pressure. Their friendly and professional customer service made our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend working with Manoj and Kanika if you're shopping at Best Buy. Thank you for the outstanding service!

    Its an okay place to purchase anything related to games or electronics, but the staff are hit or miss. Some seem happy to help, while others seem like they are just there to chat with their friends and ignore customer needs. I wanted to purchase a PC not long ago and asked for help, and I got help! As I was learning more from the employee, another employee just moved me aside to chat and joke with the one helping me. I just gave them a glare and all I got in response is "Oh were they helping? Hah" and they left....How rude.... Overall, decent Best Buy..but jeez, some of the staff need to do better.

    We had an excellent experience working with Manoj while purchasing all the appliances for our basement suite. Even after his scheduled work hours, Manoj stayed to assist us and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decisions. Since we were purchasing in May and had missed the promotions that were available in April, he patiently worked with us to secure the best possible pricing and helped arrange the installation services. When we later encountered some installation-related issues, we returned to the store and sought his assistance. Manoj took the time to listen, understand our situation, and provided the best solution possible within his authority and capabilities. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We sincerely appreciate all of Manoj's support throughout the entire process and are very grateful for his service.
