I was able to finance a great new phone in about 15 minutes, with an excellent deal and a plan that the sales associate offered me. The process was quick, easy, and straightforward.   I had an excellent experience at Best Buy, and I want to thank the amazing team for their outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Ehsan for leading such a supportive and professional team in mobile section. I also want to recognize Monique( if spelled correctly), who truly went above and beyond to help me. She treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and a warm smile throughout the entire process. She helped me trading my phone with Iphone 17 pro max! What stood out to me was that her kindness didn’t feel like something she was doing just because it was part of her job. It felt sincere, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help. That level of care is rare and made my experience so much better. Thank you, Ehsan, Monique, and Nima and the entire team for making my visit such a positive one. Your professionalism and genuine care are greatly appreciated!

  I had an excellent experience with Omid and Ehsan at the Mobility department in Best Buy Coquitlam. They were both incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. Their outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to help made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you, Omid and Ehsan, for all your help.
