  Great customer service! Sam was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. I had absolutely no knowledge about Apple Watches, but he took the time to explain everything and helped me choose the right one. I really appreciate his kindness and excellent service. Thank you.

  I went, I chose, its was so hard to pay I ended up leaving without anything. I picked 2 xbox controllers on sale and while there's lots of staff, there are no tills on the floor or at the door for them to help you. I had to go the opposite direction to find the checkouts. In the back, there was no line, and 3 different customers alone at the counter area but no staff. I went back to the floor and confirmed with floor staff (I saw 5 different ones), thats where I need to be. I went back for 5 minutes and still no one there. It should be quick, its just 2 items and I have them in my hands! I put them back and left wondering why I even came in. I even told the staff on the way out I can not pay, there is no one to take my money and asked why did I come in here? And they simply said I dont know. But they did wish me a nice day. So that was lovely. We just moved here and today my wife wants to pick up that samsung OLED that is stunning at the front but I am not looking forward to this. Were probably going to search at Costco if I can. I dont know how this business survives like this?
