  There "ABSOLUTELY" should be a NEGATIVE start reserved for this place. We initially ordered GE washer and Dryer and delivery comes in found it won't fit, we went back to the store did the exchange, re-schedule the delivery, a STUPID mistake made by people in the store caused the delivery company getting store's phone number instead of mine, ended up we could not get any phone call, delivery person left due to unable to contact us (NON-SENSE again, I am home all day with them being able left notice on the door, they couldn't even bother to ring the door bell). We went back again, now UNACCEPTABLE happened, store person told us delivery has been re-scheduled next day, then, guess what, nothing happens next day, we called back, found out the delivery was actually scheduled the day after (they were actually lying here!). Then, delivery comes, the unit came out of box was BROKEN !!! We had to went back to store AGAIN, did whole exchange AGAIN! FINALLY the delivery shows up this morning, and GUESS WHAT, Best Buy forgot to add the haul away service we purchased in the order. PLUS, with driver laying down all sort of excuses (you don't have proper parking space, your parking space is far way etc.. you name it). After looking at delivery person wasting entire hour on his phone, he simply dropped a sentence someone from best will call you and left. SIMPLE CONCLUSION, this Best Buy can NOT do their job right, and can NOT deliver!!!

  i have a worst experience at best buy returns section, the employee named chaudry was assisting me. i asked me to merge my gift cards, he simply denied to do that while other best buy can do that. nd says that its a scam

  First off, I’m so sorry Roland for calling you Ronald… unless I am making up my dyslexia today and I actually had it right lol Anyways. He was amazing at store pick up! He helped me with my router. Retail is not easy, coming from a former US Best Buy manager, but he helped me drastically!
