  Exceptional Service We had such an amazing experience with Armaan and Khash while purchasing appliances for our basement at Best Buy. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right products for our space and needs. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer every question, walk us through our options, and make what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel completely seamless. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference. It’s rare to come across people who are not only excellent at what they do, but who genuinely care about their customers. Armaan and Khash provided exceptional service from start to finish, and we truly appreciated everything they did for us. Highly recommend asking for them if you’re shopping at Best Buy. they are an absolute pleasure to work with!

  Amazing Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Melissa at Best Buy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She helped me choose the right PlayStation for my son and made the whole process so easy. Melissa took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got what I needed.   I went into the Geek Squad (Best Buy) with a suspected blown power supply on my desktop computer. The service tech that helped me was named Charlie. Charlie was incredibly helpful. He diagnosed and confirmed the issue was my faulty power supply. Charlie even went above and beyond when he noticed that the off the shelf power supply unit I had purchased appeared to have been opened (perhaps previously purchased and returned) so he facilitated a return for one that had definitely not been opened. Even though Charlie and the Geek Squad team were all very busy, he got my computer up and running with the new power supply in short order. Definitely good at multitasking. I was in and out in about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, including the time taken to trouble shoot. Well done Charlie and thank you!

  Very disappointed with this company. I bought an electronic item and paid in full, but I have been waiting for 23 days and still haven't received my order. They were quick to take my money, but they don't seem to care about their customers after the purchase. Poor communication and very bad service. I would not recommend buying from them.
