    Absolutely the worst Apple Store experience I have ever had. Despite spending over $3,000 as a customer, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel uncomfortable throughout my visit on Sunday, June 21. The most disturbing part of the experience was the conduct of the security guard. I felt I was being unnecessarily watched and stared at. When I expressed my discomfort, the guard responded with words to the effect of: "I will gaze at you, and if you don't like it, you can step out." I found this comment unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable from someone responsible for customer safety and service. The poor experience did not end there. Several staff members appeared impatient, dismissive, and unwilling to provide the level of assistance one would expect from a premium retail store. Rather than feeling valued as a customer making a significant purchase, I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance. Apple promotes itself as a company that prioritizes customer experience, but this location failed badly in that regard. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome while spending their hard-earned money. I left the store frustrated, disappointed, and shocked by the lack of professionalism shown by both security and staff. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will seriously reconsider future purchases here

    Poor customer service. I went there for my AirPods to check if the issue was the manufacturer fault. The staff yelled at me that is not the fault.

    I visited the Apple Store at Metropolis at Metrotown today to set up my daughter's Apple Watch, and I had an excellent experience. A team member named JP helped me, and I was truly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and patience. I had been trying to set everything up at home without success, but JP took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the watch was fully set up and working perfectly. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. His customer service was outstanding, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you, JP, for your kindness, expertise, and patience. Apple is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

    Very disappointing pickup experience. I went to pick up an order that was purchased as a gift for me. I had the order confirmation, order number, matching email address, matching phone number, and my government-issued ID. The only issue was that the pickup name used my preferred name instead of my legal first name. The last name matched, and all other information clearly confirmed that I was the intended recipient. What made this especially frustrating was that I've picked up orders from other retailers, including Apple, using the same preferred name without any problems when the email, phone number, and order details matched. I understand the need for security, but the policy was applied with zero flexibility or common sense despite overwhelming proof that the order belonged to me. The experience felt unnecessarily difficult and left me wondering whether customer service standards are applied consistently. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

    I visited this Apple Store today hoping to have a MacBook briefly inspected before purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager on duty immediately told me nobody was available to help, even though there appeared to be several employees standing around. When I politely asked whether I could wait, I was simply told “no” and advised to come back another day. I explained that I had traveled a long distance to visit the store, but the response remained dismissive and unhelpful. What bothered me most was not being told no, but the passive and indifferent way the situation was handled. I left feeling brushed off rather than treated like a valued customer.
