  Worst store in the city waste so much time every time i visit i called from home about apple headphones they said its in stock when i went there they said its shows in stock but not available seriously??? They should there system so that people can save there time and gas Not recommended

  If you want my business, I suggest you guys open up in the morning waiting till 10:00 a.m. for your store to open, you know what's happening at 10:00 a.m. that's my lunch break. I've been going since 5:00 in the morning. You guys should read a few books about getting up early in the morning. I don't have time to wait around till you're store open so you guys miss out on some money that I was going to spend

  I went to pick up an LED from Abbotsford location and ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes for them to find my order. And when I questioned a guy named Arthur told me that you can return it if you don’t want to wait. This was hardly customer service.

  I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy and was disappointed with the overall customer experience. I was told I would receive a call once the laptop was back in stock, but nobody contacted me. I had to follow up with customer service myself to get an update. When I finally received the package, the interaction felt very cold and unwelcoming. Buying a new laptop is supposed to feel exciting, but the negative attitude during pickup/delivery completely changed the experience for me. Customer service matters. Even a small positive interaction can make customers feel valued. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like I would rather order online than visit the store again.either the staff is under paid or overworked . They dint even smile, such straight faces, rolling eyes if asked anything..i was scared to ask questions. 🥺
