  I had an amazing experience @ best buy Sherwood Park working with Raiyan. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his incredible patience. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision.   I went into best buy Sherwood Park, I wanted to use my virtual rewards credit card. The gentleman that was helping me was confused. He called over the manager and showed it to her. She told me they couldn't use it. They had no way to enter it. I said I didn't understand why. She then started laughing, which I didn't like. I asked what she was laughing at? She then started talking in another language to 2 sales reps. I'm Metis and I found it so disrespectful. Nobody should be treated like this! I still bought the product and told her I will never be back! I will tell all my friends and my Metis community about the experience!! They should be ashamed!!
