  Very frustrating experience. I called around 8-10 times to confirm if an item was actually in stock before making the trip, especially since the website showed only one left. I called about 5 minutes before opening, right at opening, and several times after that, but every call went straight to voicemail saying the associates were busy. Now let’s be serious, I get that stores get busy, but how busy can you be exactly at opening?? A quick answer would have saved us the hassle of making a potentially unnecessary trip, especially in this weather. I just hope that their phone service improves.

  Very frustrating experience trying to contact this Best Buy Express location. I called around 10 times because I wanted to confirm they actually had the item I was looking for before making the trip, especially since the website showed that there was only one left in stock. At that point, it feels like a bit of a hit or miss whether the item will actually be there when I arrive. What made it even more frustrating was that I started calling about 5 minutes before opening, right at opening time, and continued calling afterward, yet every call went straight to voicemail saying the associates were busy. I understand that employees can get busy, but how busy can the store realistically be the exact moment it opens? A simple phone call to confirm inventory would have saved me a potentially unnecessary trip. If the store is going to list a phone number, customers should be able to reasonably expect someone to answer, especially when they are trying to confirm a limited-stock item. Hopefully the phone service improves because this was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

  I had a good experience at Best Buy, thanks to Hammad! He was very helpful, patient, and made the process easy for my aunt. He took the time to understand what she was looking for and helped her get the phone she wanted.

  The employee's name was Furqan; he made the sale by falsely claiming that Lucky Mobile was actually a Bell plan. He initially said it was a Bell plan and offered a low price, but when I got home and checked, I discovered it was actually Lucky Mobile a budget carrier. so i lost money
