  What's the point of paying in advance for a preorder if the product is available to the public 2 weeks sooner? I should have held on to my money. Poor communication with zero transparency.

  I bought a bag and clubs at this place. Asked about putting grips on. Was told come back, all of February it’s half price. Went back in Feb 2nd and they said the sale starts Feb 3rd. I was from out of town and they wouldn’t give the discount. The new bag I bought, the zipper wrecked on it, and they wouldn’t help like me to drop my bag off and leave it there, without any info as to how long they would keep it. (During the golf season) so they can call the company and deal with it. They have the worst customer service. Go to Discount this place is the worst!
