Very friendly and doesn't feel intimidated at all. Also, good and clean environment to stroll around while looking for something to buy. Organized as well. Very commendable.

Couldn't get in touch with anyone other than the automated system that just told me to call the customer care number, that customer care automated system hung up on me because I was having trouble twitch the system. It literally said " it seems like your having trouble with our system, please try again later" then it hung up. I just want to ask a sales rep at the damn store if they carry a certain type of component for my computer. Guess I'll have to build my custom PC with parts from another retailer. Glad the company cares so much about its customers that they dont have a human to answer questions. Absolutely brutal way to run a business.
