Had a great experience with Josh. He got me set up with a new phone, was so helpful and informative. Gave me all my options and explained them thoroughly and even got me some discounts. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and made my process so smooth and easy !!!
Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible location. Huge disappointment, one in there today with my daughter looking to buy a Chromebook and Nintendo switch to accessories. The guy that we had was very arrogant, very condescending. His name was Justin. I asked to speak to a manager through the 1 800 number. That has not happened yet. I will be fonding back and launching our formal complaint because this is 110% unacceptable. When I was asking him about the Chromebook, he was asking, who it was for and I said it was for myself, and the look on his face was in total, disgust, and then when we were walking to the till he seemed that we had the switch accessories in our hands. And he looked at me, looked at my daughter and said, oh, she's getting all the electronics today. And then when we got to the till, he was extremely rude.And I ended up walking out without paying for anything.And left everything on the counter. Will never set foot in this location ever again !!

Went into Best Buy today because my Garmin Vivotech 5 watch wasn't working. It was bought there in December 2025. I explained that to a staff member who sent me to the Geek Squad. I explained what was wrong to the young man behind the counter and told him what I had done to try to fix the problem. He Googles the problem and tells me to hold a button on my watch down for 10 seconds. That doesn't work so he takes the watch and keeps searching on his phone and looking at my phone. Finally he says its working. I take it and move it around and it's back counting my steps. I asked him what he did, he said he restarted the watch. Wow...that was the one thing I didn't do. Anyway, he then says that's $40. You were here longer than 15 minutes but I'll only charge you for 15 minutes. I told him I didn't know I had to pay because the watch is still under warranty and I have not been here 15 minutes. Maybe 10 minutes with him. Anyway I have to pay but then he tries to sell me a membership. Nope. I found the staff member who sent me back and was told he should have told me there was a charge before he did anything. Well he didn't. Maybe seniors are easy marks. Not sure. Anyway pretty sure I won't be going back there.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Best Buy.
I ordered an iPhone on Friday, February 7. I was clearly told that it would arrive by February 12. I needed this phone before February 14, which is exactly why I placed the order in advance.
Not only did it NOT arrive on time, but now the tracking doesn’t even show an expected delivery date anymore. It simply says “Your package had an exception.” No explanation, no update, nothing.
I went to the store in person to ask what was going on, and the staff had no idea where my order is or what to do about it. Even worse, no compensation, no solution, no real support was offered.
This is completely unacceptable. When customers are given a delivery date, they plan around it. If you can’t meet your own promised timelines, at least communicate properly and offer some kind of resolution.
Very frustrating experience. I expected much better service from Best Buy.
