  Absolutely abysmal customer experience. Seems like 1 customer service rep is doing everything and is miserable as a result. My wife came in for a new phone. Customer rep was extremely rude. Had literally 3 phones in stock for bell. Were offered $0 for phones that fall well within trade in condition. Both phones were literally in service within the last week one IPhone 15, one s24 ultra. Then to top it all off we had a couple gift cards to use so we figured we would buy our kids a new Switch 2 and guess what no stock again. So we decided okay we will take a different bundle. Same customer service rep as before tried to pressure my wife to order the bundle instead of purchase what we wanted to the point where her exact words were “well I already placed the order to bring one in”. Will not return. Future purchases will be placed with alternative stores.

  An utter mess. This store used to have a good flow to it, and product to buy. You could just go in and buy what you wanted. Now it's a chaotic assortment of bizarre obstacles and conceptual art! There's almost nothing to actually buy here. Yikes! And no more Geek Squad to support their products. More yikes!

  After three weeks of less than wonderful cell signal in Montana and losing service completely when we entered Canada we visited Best Buyto purchase a Starlink. Helpful staff member recommended the mini. In and out in about 15 minutes. Pulled our motor home up in front of the store. Got the device set up and even had cell signal driving down the highway with starling sutting on the dash.

  Horrible customer service. Came into the store and pleasantly stated that we were looking for a washing machine. The greeter said he would call someone over to help us. After waiting about 8 minutes, with multiple people walking around and having social conversations I returned and asked again for help. The zippy greeter said " well I called for help." I replied that no one had come and went back to wait. After another 7 minutes no one appeared, so we left. One of the staff, who was still wandering aimlessly around, as we headed out approached us. I told her that we would have spent our money there, but the service was non existent. She didn't even bother replying, let alone apologizing. Just watched us head out to spend $1000 plus at Rona.

  Worst store in lethbridge the staff are usless they dont know anything about the products for sale and they wont help you find things in store either its automatically "oh we can just order it".......if i wanted to order it i would have gone to amazon .........10/10 usless staff and waste of time
