  A huge 5 star review to Marshall for setting us up with a new phone yesterday. My phone had frozen and locked me out. (I was ready for a new phone). Marshall managed to get into the phone, set us up with a VERY reasonably priced replacement, and transfer all of the data. Thank you for the exceptional service Marshall. I really appreciate all you did for us yesterday.

  We want to buy tv. Logan who was helping us. He did above and beyond to help us But his supervisor not helping him at all he called three times but no response and totally ignored him and We waited for more than half an hour after finalizing everything. Which is very poor customer service from mangers and supervisors. In the end we took our business to elsewhere.

  I never received my order due to Best Buy's customer service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an online order that needed an address update to be delivered. I called Best Buy to make that change and they assured me that it was done and I would receive my order. Two weeks and several phone calls later my package was eventually returned to Best Buy. So in the end I had two weeks of hassle just to end up with nothing.

  Inflate prices after sales end. Do not honor the price of an item even after an online order is placed if the sale ends. Example: Merchandise is priced at $1199 on sale, and retail price is $1399 After the sale, the retail price is inflated to $1699. They will honor the $200 dollar discount but charge you their NEW retail price. Expensive, poor value warranty systems for electronic goods. Staples is a much safer choice when buying electronics.

  Purchased a HP laptop, with a specific requirement for two additional monitors. Sales clerk assured me that the model sold supports two monitors. The USB-C port does not support and now I have to choose between a complete switch-out of my now work computer or putting up with only two screens. Very annoying.
