  Always a wonderful stay! Clean, amazing staff, great breakfast, and kids absolutely loved the water slide! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Lacombe. Always our first choice when attending sporting events near Lacombe!

  I have stayed at this Best Western a few times and always have an amazing stay! Rooms are so clean, staff is accommodating and helpful and the breakfast is amazing!!! Best included breakfast. Joanne was remarkable during breakfast and so friendly! She chatted with us about ideas of things we could do locally and actually went and got us a map and resources to help navigate the day. Will stay here again for sure!

  I come to Lacombe for work on occasion and generally stay here based on its location to the amazing cheesecake at Toller Bistro. The service is always great and the rooms are clean. Also the breakfast menu curation is fun to experience if you're used to how hotel breakfasts generally look like. I like how theirs is slightly different to the point that you look forward to it a bit. My only comment is why they lock up that killer coffee maker generally open to the public at other Best Western locations. The machine cranks out an assortment of delicious caffinated beverages but you wouldn't be aware of its existence if the staff don't tell you. I tried to access the machine today in the little room next to the front desk and my card wouldn't work...which left me disappointed and frustrated. Free the machine! Move it to the lobby so we don't have to ask/find a staff member to unlock the door to allow us to use it!
