  Nice store. The roving sales associates can get annoying. If you are shopping for a future future purchase, you won't get much help. Displays are nice. Best Buy has a large selection of products. Parking is good. Location is good.

  Went to buy a dell thunder bolt dock with my 1 year old son. Stood around asking employees to help me find where it is. One employee who worked in the back kept trying to get someone and no one would come. Waited over 30 minutes and no one who knew where it could be helped at all. Didn’t even come by to try. Just terrible customer service. Try and buy something local to get it quicker and easier but that’s far from the reality.

  Bestbuy as a corporation is terrible. Their customer services is mid. You can't call the store or check website for availability, you have to drive to the store and ask. When at the store I saw 5 people standing around, had to wait in line for 10 minutes just find out if they have inventory. This store has gone down hill, suprised they haven't gone under yet
