We went to Walmart and Staples to find the cord and no one could help us. I didn’t want to order it online because I didn’t want to risk getting the wrong cord. Bobby was knowledgeable and was persistent in helping us. I even showed her the computer that we have and she did not hesitate to get on the floor under the computer to see if she could compare the power source. Online this cord was going for approximately $50 and I purchased a cord for $15. Thank you Bobby!!! 👏 you saved us time and money and the service was incredible!

Tried ordering a replacement charger only have it sit in limbo with no updates. I bought the scooter as an early birthday present for my daughter to have the use through her summer break....and now she has a useless piece of junk.
